These draft terms describe the intended license model for Birdify. They are not a final legal agreement and must be replaced before public distribution.

License

Birdify is intended as a paid macOS application distributed under a license that will be stated in the store listing or download package. Commercial terms such as device limits, Family Sharing, transferability, and commercial-use rights require verification before publication.

Acceptable use

You must not use Birdify to clone or transform a voice without rights or consent. See the Voice Use Policy.

No warranty placeholder

Final warranty, liability, and governing-law sections will be provided by counsel.
