Birdify uses machine learning models for speech synthesis, recognition, conversion, and related workflows. Supported runtimes may include paths such as MLX, Core ML, ONNX Runtime, and Metal-based processing depending on the workflow and hardware.

Local by design

Selected workflows are designed to run on your Mac. Optional model downloads may require a network connection. Exact default models, download sources, and offline boundaries are verified against each release.
